How do you ensure your coffee is sustainably sourced?
We work directly with small-scale farmers who utilize regenerative agriculture practices. Every batch is Fair Trade certified, ensuring ecological balance and fair wages for the growers.
Is your packaging compostable?
Yes, all our coffee bags and shipping materials are 100% plant-based and home-compostable. Simply remove the tin-tie and place the bag in your compost bin.
How long will it take to receive my order?
To ensure maximum freshness, we roast to order. Orders are typically processed within 48 hours and shipping takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer a subscription service?
We do! You can choose your favorite roast and delivery frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) to save 15% on every order and ensure you never run out of beans.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order or if it arrived damaged, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Are your coffee beans organic?
While not all our small-batch farmers have the budget for formal organic certification, we prioritize partners who use zero synthetic pesticides and natural fertilizers.
