Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the item is in its original, compostable packaging; for coffee beans, the bag must remain unopened to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided eco-friendly prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
